摘要
With the national improvement to consumption of high penetration distributed generation (DG) and efforts to realize “carbon neutrality & emission peak” targets, this paper proposes a decoupling-based method for optimal operation of energy storage system to improve the consumption of high generation distributed generation. Firstly, the energy storage constraints that enhance DG consumption are decoupled and thus the nonlinear constraints related to grid load flow and voltage are simplified. Then, the lower limit is modified according to the capacity and power constraints of the energy storage system. Finally, a linear programming model for optimal operation of energy storage that satisfies the modified lower limit is established. The case verification proves that this method could increase the DG consumption to the maximum extent and improve the comprehensive benefits of DG and energy storage systems while fulfilling the constraints of energy storage system operation and voltage safety.
