Disruptive technologies such as augmented reality (AR), the Internet of Things in Industry and self-driving car are putting pressure on the infrastructure of communication. They expect a new environment of services that are ultra-reliable and have a minimal latency, as well as the ability to link a huge number of devices together, provide increase data rates and fantastic user experience. Massive MIMO technology appears to be a potential way to obtain the requisite array and multiplexing gains as large MIMO technology dramatically improves throughput of the system when combined with basic techniques for signal processing. In this paper, a mathematical system model has been designed under ideal and imperfect CSI conditions for large MIMO receiver. In both ideal and imperfect CSI scenarios, the simulation results show massive-MIMO technology’s sum-rate and energy efficiency aspects with the properties of power reduction.
