Research On Risk Assessment Of China's PV-Storage Charging And Exchanging Power Station Under The Environment Of Energy Internet

PV-storage charging and exchanging power station (PV-S-CEPS) is an important facility to reduce photovoltaic rejection and improve the endurance of electric vehicles. Risk assessment of PV -S-CEPS in the environment of Energy Internet is of great significance to achieve the goal of carbon neutrality. In this paper, the risk factors are determined based on the improved diamond model, the evaluation standard is determined by the interval type-2 fuzzy set (IT2FS), the weight of each factor is determined by the fuzzy OWA operator method(F-OWA), the risk evaluation is conducted by the fuzzy extension matter-element method(F-MEEM), and the correctness of the results is verified by F-EWM and F-ORM. Results show that the development risk of China's PV -S-CEPS is relatively high under the environment of Energy Internet, suggestions over key indicators are also given in this paper.
