Aiming at the problems of inaccuracy of power grid operation parameters, inaccuracy of loop closing current calculation and phase angle difference measurement, firstly this paper analyzes the influencing factors of loop closing current, proposes a steady state loop closing current evaluation method based on power flow superposition, and next gives the corresponding relationship between steady state loop closing current and transient loop closing current. Using the data of maximum load section for Beijing power grid in 2020, this paper expounds the selection method of equivalent impedance and the calculation method of closing loop current, and then applies 5G measurement terminals to realize the collection of the phase angle difference and analysis of the closing loop current. Lastly, it carries out the demonstration application in the cross region closing loop point of Beijing substation. Through the phase angle difference analysis and closing loop current calculation, it improves the accuracy of the company's regulators to judge whether the system can carry out closing loop operation according to the operation experience.
