A Phishing Website Detection and Recognition Method Based on Naive Bayes

This paper compares and analyzes three popular phishing website detection methods, i.e., text mining based model, configuration file matching model, machine learning classifier model. Based on the URL, HTML and other peripheral information characteristics of the phishing website, the paper adopted machine learning method and designed a set of phishing website detection and recognition program based on Naive Bayes algorithm. Experiments show that the program can identify phishing websites in a timely, fast and effective manner, and can provide a certain reference for combating phishing practice.
