Two novel coordination polymers for Hg(II) removal in water

摘要
Under the hydrothermal condition, two novel two-dimensional coordination polymers (CP-1 and CP-2) have been constructed, and they have similar structures. CP-1 and CP-2 not only have good stability, but also can remove Hg(II) ions in water, and maximum adsorption capacity is 240 mg/g and 329 mg/g, respectively. Moreover, CP-1 and CP-2 can still maintain a high adsorption capacity, even in a complex environment where a large number of other ions exist.
