摘要
•The modified QuEChERS method can reduce the matrix effect of the canned fish.•LCMSMS is very sensitive and selective for Histamine measurement.•The histamine levels >50 mg/kg detected in the samples are from domestic manufactures.•The lowest average histamine levels were found in canned fish products containing spices/herbs.
