•Total diet samples were analyzed for tAs, iAs, MMAs, DMAs, AsB contents.•Mean dietary exposure to iAs was estimated to be 0.25 μg kg−1 day−1.•Consumption of rice contributed to 64 % of the dietary exposure to iAs.•Mean dietary exposure to tAs had been increasing gradually since 2004.•Mean dietary exposure to iAs remained steady since 2014.
