摘要

•Antidiabetic properties of Ravi, Rawana and Oshadha varieties were studied.•All varieties showed α-amylase and α-glucosidase inhibitory activities.•All varieties showed antiglycation and glycation reversing activities.•All varieties had high amounts of phenolic compounds including flavonoids.•All varieties showed DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging activities.
