摘要

•A method for correcting RTDs and hydraulic indexes affected by tracer release duration (φT) was proposed.•The correction method was verified successfully.•φT changes the shape of original RTDs, and causes the positive errors of most indexes.•0.01 is the threshold of φT which needs to use the correction method.
