Creating and detecting a magnetic bimeron by magnetic force microscope probe

•The initiation of a magnetic bimeron by an inhomogeneous field of a magnetic force microscope tip is numerically simulated.•Estimates of the possibility of detecting magnetic bimeron by the methods of magnetic force microscopy is done.•The contrast of the bimeron image in transmission Lorentz microscope is calculated.•The ferromagnetic resonance spectrum of bimeron is calculated.
