摘要
•Present reasonable mathematical models for cell detection signals of microcantilever system in AFM force-clamp mode.•Clarify the influence mechanism of clamp-induced moving boundary and cellular viscoelasticity on quasi-static responses and dynamic properties of microcantilever system.•Suggest a potential mapping method based on double-peak resonant of microcantilever system with more indicators to identify fixed cell viscoelasticity.
