Age related progression of clinical measures and gait in children with bilateral Cerebral Palsy without a history of surgical intervention

•The largest review of age-related progression of gait and clinical measures in CP.•Reduced sagittal excursion is seen at all lower limb joints in gait with age.•The shank becomes more external with respect to the femur with age.•There is no change in femoral rotation with respect to the pelvis with age.•Clinical measures indicate reduced multilevel range of motion with age.
