摘要

•The positive rate of Chlamydia trachomatis (CT) infection was 7.5% in our study.•CT genotype J was most prevalent, followed by E, F, and D.•Genotype G was associated with vaginal discharge and D with white blood cells.•An H2 variant was identified for the first time in four patients.
