Polymer microspheres modified with pyrazole derivatives as potential agents in anticancer therapy – Preliminary studies

摘要
•Crosslinked polymeric microspheres based on divinylbenzene and glycidyl meth-acrylate were functionalized with pyrazole derivatives.•All tested pyrazole derivatives and modified by them polymer microspheres exhibited anti-proliferative activity in vitro.•The molecular docking study using human EphB1 receptor showed that analyzed compounds can link with the binding site of EphB1.
