摘要

•Several frontline checkpoint inhibitors regimens for wild-type NSCLC are available.•Efficacy and safety of these regimens were compared and ranked using a meta-analysis.•Different ICI treatments rank differently in specific NSCLC cohorts of interest.•Head-to-head RCTs are awaited to confirm this comprehensive and updated analysis.
