摘要

•We undertook a prospective observational study across 28 centers in India.•After failure of their antiseizure monotherapy patients were initiated on clobazam.•Overall, >70% of the study patients remained seizure free at one year.•Adverse events were reported in 22.6% of patients.•Clobazam is well tolerated and effective as add-on therapy.
