摘要
•Non-covalent ratiometric fluorophore (NRF) is synthesized based on interactive reaction of 4,5-bis-dihydroxyboron fluorescein and dibenzofuran.•Optimized reaction conditions for NRF are Ni(dppp)Cl2 as catalyst and PPh3 as additive with the yield up to 91%•At 290-nm excitation wavelength, NRF produces dual-emitting phenomenon at 315 and 560 nm.•Fluorescence-intensity ratio (I560/I315) is satisfactorily used as a ratiometric indicator for pyrethroids detection.•NRF-based ratiometric probe offers satisfactory recoveries (97–106%) and low detection limit (1.5 μg·L−1) for pyrethroids in fruit juices.
