Branch-and-price-and-cut for the electric vehicle relocation problem in one-way carsharing systems

•Formulate a set-packing model for the electric vehicle relocation problem.•Develop an exact branch-and-price-and-cut algorithm for solving the problem.•Propose a bi-directional label-setting algorithm to solve the pricing subproblem with some accelerations.•Show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm in computational experiments.
