Linking a fractionated magmatic system to skarn W-Mo mineralization in the Hahaigang deposit, Tibet: Implications for regional tungsten metallogeny and exploration

•W-Mo mineralization is related to the highly evolved and reduced magmatic system in the Hahaigang deposit.•Four generations of W-dominated metallogenic events are identified in the Lhasa terrane.•The highly evolved magma system in the Lhasa terrane has conditions favorable for the formation of W deposits.
