摘要

•The incidence for primary melanoma of the vagina was calculated to 0.24 cases/million/year.•This study found a high frequency of TP53 and ATRX mutations, with co-mutations in both genes in 16% of all cases.•TP53 and co-mutations in TP53 and ATRX were found to be linked with a significant decrease in OS.
