摘要
•Word tracking involves a more integrated theta-band network than syllable tracking.•This shift to integrated processing is stronger in dyslexic than typical readers.•A greater shift to integrated processing may relate to poor phonological skills.•Dyslexic readers additionally rely on the right frontal cortex for word tracking.•Network-based approaches expand our knowledge of the neural substrates of dyslexia.
