摘要

•Peptides P1 and P2 target to H9 protein by phage display screening inhibit H9N2 infection by blocking H9N2 viral attachment to host cells.•P1and P2 increase survival rate of embryos in ovo after preincubation with H9N2.•P1 decreases histopathological damages and viral load in inoculated chikens.
