DENSS-Multiple: A Structure Reconstruction Method using Multiple Contrast Variation of Small-Angle Neutron Scattering Based on the DENSS Algorithm

Small-angle neutron scattering (SANS) provides easily manipulable neutron contrast variation that has been widely exploited to study the structure and function of biological macromolecules and their complex in solution. Here, we developed a method called DENSS-Multiple based on the DENSS (DENsity from Solution Scattering) algorithm to provide ab initio structure reconstruction with SANS contrast variation data.
