摘要
Inorganic bionanomaterials, including metals, metal oxides, and ceramics, are extensively utilized in various applications due to their satisfactory biocompatibility, bioactivity, and bioresorbability. Recently, these bionanomaterials are used in specific fields, such as medical, biological, electrical, mechanical, and energy applications. The aim of this chapter is to provide an overview of inorganic bionanomaterials, its distinct types, synthesis procedures, properties, and characteristics, which is essential for desired applications. Further, biomedical applications and the future prospective of inorganic bionanomaterials were also discussed.
