Women’s Biographies through Prison

Also drawing from the work conducted by the Inside-Out Prison Exchange Programme Chapter 7 is co- authored with Verity- Fee, Phoenix, Iris and Angel. Their writings, prison journeys and voices take centre stage. Through their poetry and creative writing, this chapter provides a platform for their voices and experiences to be heard. Through short reflective biographies that accompany each of their written pieces, together, the authors try to convey a sense of their journey through prison.
