摘要
In this paper, a series of magnetic topological material Mn1-xFexAlGe single crystal samples were prepared using the slow-cooling method and the effects of Fe doping on the structure, magnetism, and anomalous Hall effect of the system were studied. The unit cell volume of the system shrinks, and the magnetism decreases gradually as the Fe content increases. A giant anomalous Hall conductivity (AHC), approximately as high as 800 Omega(-)(1) cm(-1), was observed in MnAlGe, and the AHC gradually decreased with the increase of the Fe content. Logarithmic and TYJ models were used to qualitatively and quantitatively separate the intrinsic and the extrinsic contributions of the AHC of the system, respectively. The results showed that the contributions of the intrinsic and extrinsic mechanisms to the total AHC were comparable in all samples and both decreased with increased Fe content.
