LabVIEW-based Ultrasonic Parametric Array Failure Detection and Equivalent Parameter Analysis

In order to make the ultrasonic transducer array generate more sound energy and make the sound beam focus better, it is first necessary to accurately measure the impedance parameters of the ultrasonic transducer. According to the analysis of the measurement principle of the ultrasonic transducer parameter admittance circle method, an ultrasonic transducer parameter measurement system is build based on the Ethernet module by using the LabVIEW platform, which can measure and calculate each ultrasonic transducer quickly and automatically. A large amount of initial data is transmitted through Ethernet. The point frequency method is used to achieve high-precision and fast admittance measurement. The admittance circle is obtained by the moving least square method to test the impedance characteristics of the transducer, and the calculation of the parameters of the ultrasonic transducer is completed.
