摘要

•Few patients in VA residential PTSD programs receive individual Prolonged Exposure.•Residential programs deliver most therapy in group instead of individual format.•This pilot study tested the feasibility of Group-facilitated PE among 39 patients.•Intent-to-treat analysis showed that the intervention was feasible and acceptable.•Adapted interventions may improve access and efficiency in the residential setting.
