Improvement of self-activated luminescence properties of Ca2KZn2(VO4)3 down-conversion materials by SSR method based on co-doped Eu3+,Dy3+ rare earth ions concentrations

摘要
•A novel self-activated Ca2KZn2(VO4)3:Eu3+, Dy3+ crystalline phosphor were synthesized via solid state reaction.•All the samples can be excited by NUV light and the optimal doping content was 1.5 mol%.•Eu3+ and Dy3+ as co-dopants almost insignificantly improve luminescence properties.•This host can be efficiently excited by ultraviolet light, and exhibits a strong green emission band.•The PL emission of synthesized material extends from the Red, green, blue region suggesting that this material could be employed in UV-LEDs and generally, vanadate compounds have a wide range of applications in the fields of catalysis, electrochemistry and optical lasers.
