Effect of test temperature on tensile behavior of Fe-6.5wt.%Si alloy as-cast strip

摘要
•The mechanical properties, fracture morphology, ordered phase morphology, and types of as-cast strip steel at different temperatures were studied.•The zigzag fluctuations appearing on the 400 °C stretching curves should be attributed to the reordering of the antiphase domains and the deformation-induced PLC effect caused by the disorder.•The ambient temperature is the main reason for determining the ductility of the Fe-6.5 wt%Si alloy as-cast strip.•The hot-rolling step was omitted, and a warm-rolled sheet with good surface quality was directly obtained at a temperature of 700 °C.
