Remote control of various processes provides a huge advantage in many areas of science. In biophysics and medicine, reducing the invasiveness of the process to the point of its complete absence, as well as minimizing the side effects of therapy, is still an unresolved problem, along with the local effect of drugs in the area of interest. The approaches proposed by scientists to solving problems of localization and remote control combine knowledge in the fields of chemistry, biology, physics, and other related parts of science. The use of the “benefit–harm” ratio, which is becoming an increasingly personalized characteristic of treatment methods, in the treatment of severe diseases leads to the need to test, characterize, and further certification of various drug delivery systems. The desire for the universality of treatment protocols will not become the basis for theranostics of diseases, and the ability to control the whole spectrum of properties of the dosage form of bioactive substances will make it possible to achieve the maximum effect of therapy. The most promising are magnetic polymer capsules, the configuration of the biophysical and chemical properties of which is possible due to the display of magnetic phenomena combined with drug effects.
