HucMSCs-exosomes containing miR-21 promoted estrogen production in ovarian granulosa cells via LATS1-mediated phosphorylation of LOXL2 and YAP

摘要
•miR-21 was highly expressed in hucMSCs and hucMSCs-derived exosomes, while was lowly expressed in granule cells.•hucMSC-exo with overexpressing miR-21 could promote the secretion of estrogen in granule cells.•LATS1 overexpression could inhibit the secretion of estrogen in granule cells.•hucMSCs-derived exosomes containing miR-21 could reduce phosphorylated LOXL2 and YAP via targeting LATS1.•hucMSCs-derived exosomes treatment could promote E2 secretion and reduce hosphorylated LOXL2 and YAP in granule cells, while it was abolished by LATS1 overexpression.
