•We proposed a new strategy to jointly process multi-tracks SAR dataset.•Long-term vertical time-series deformations of Lost Hills were obtained.•We found two significant deformation areas in Lost Hill oilfield.•Multivariate polynomial can model ground volume change due to oil extraction.
