Graphene-like ultrathin bismuth selenide nanosheets as highly stable anode material for sodium-ion battery

摘要
•Novel graphene-like ultrathin 2D-Bi2Se3 nanosheets were synthesized using a facile one-step hydrothermal method.•2D-Bi2Se3 nanosheets shows cyclability for a high-performance SIBs, and the high surface area along with the good electrochemical activity.•As-prepared Bi2Se3 layer-by-layer nanosheets can acts as stable anodic material for the volume changes during ions insertion/extraction in SIBs.•The Bi2Se3 nanosheets have excellent potential for the next generation large-scale energy storage devices.
