POSC386 Patient Characteristics, Diagnostic Testing and Treatment Patterns in Patients with Hormone Receptor-Positive, Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Negative (HR+, HER2-), Node-Positive, High-Risk Early Breast Cancer (EBC) in Italy: A Real-World Study

To describe patient characteristics, diagnostic testing and treatment patterns among patients with HR+, HER2- EBC in routine clinical practice in Italy, focusing on those at high risk of recurrence, defined according to monarchE inclusion criteria (≥4 positive nodes, OR 1–3 positive nodes AND [grade 3 or tumour ≥5cm or Ki-67 ≥20%]).
