P72 Prediction of the Prevalence of Resistance of Acinetobacter Baumannii to Colistin in the City of Valencia (Spain) with a New Agent-Based Model

As a consequence of the increased prevalence of the carbapenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii, these are classified by the WHO and CDC as an urgent threat. The Objectives: of the study were: 1) to create an agent-based model; 2) to calibrate the model; 3) to predict the prevalence of resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii to colistin.
