High-J states in /sup 23/Na

The $^{12}\mathrm{C}$($^{12}\mathrm{C}$,p) reaction, at a bombarding energy of 39.0 MeV, has been used to locate candidates for high-spin states. Angular distributions and angle-integrated cross sections are presented for 43 levels (or groups of levels) of which at least 10 probably have $J\ensuremath{\ge}\frac{9}{2}$.
