Cause analysis of adverse events in patients with essential hypertension treated with anti-hypertension drugs

Objective To explore cause of adverse events in patients with essential hypertension treated with anti-hypertension drugs.Methods The 243 objects were divided into three groups according to drugs used.To compare and analyze morbidity and cause of adverse events in three groups by the methods of face to face cross-sectional study.Results Main causes of adverse events in patients with essential hypertension were used to stop drugs,to use drugs by somebody introduction,to use drugs by intermediary,to stop drugs due to short of money,to mate drugs irrationally,measure value no precision,to use single drug for long time and drug being unsuitable for individual.Conclusion It is important to use anti-hypertension drugs correctly and rationally for protecting target organs of patients with essential hypertension.
