Searching theory teaching patterns for the internship students of laboratory medicine

The instruction for internship students of laboratory medicine is quite significant,as the classical pattern of college period can not suit for them.A new pattern is proposed for the instruction to internship students,which highlights pre-instruction among colleagues as precondition,examining as start-point,practice as basis,application as aim,and a variety of ways should be adopted for the instruction.
