摘要
Objective:To study the clinical and pathological features of primary endometrial NK/T-cell lymphoma and to investigate the effective diagnosis and treatment of patients with this disease.Method:A patient with primary endometrial NK/T cell lymphoma was diagnosed by diagnostic curettage and the related literatures were reviewed.Result:The patient was presented with a mass in the uterus and cervix. The neoplastic cells were positive for CD3,CD56,CD8 and granzyme B,while the expressions of CD4,CD20 and CD5 were negative,Ki-67LI60%.The pathological diagnosis was endometrial NK/T-cell lymphoma. The patient failed to achieve complete remission after receiving traditional chemotherapy. Conclusion:Primary exranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma of the endometrium is a rare type of malignant lymphoma, and progressed very rapidly with poor therapeutic efficacy. The diagnostic curettage of the endometrium can help the differential diagnosis of the pathological type of the primary endometrial lymphoma.
