Analyzing Scattering Properties with a Wigner Transformation of Bistatic Near-Field Measurements

摘要
In this letter, we use a Wigner transformation of bistatic near-field measurements to describe the scattering properties of different models, which can distinguish between single scattering (frequency-independent) and resonant (frequency-dependent) features, whereby the energy of the bistatic near-field measurements concentrates in a narrow reception region at high frequencies. Finally, we use bistatic near-field measurements to obtain the far-field response to verify the effectiveness of our method. The results of this study will be useful to assist in far-field response prediction, the identification of scattering properties, and truncation region determination.
