The Value of ~(18)F-FDG PET/CT in Diagnosing Biliary Tract Obstruction with Malignant Tumors
Journal of Clinical Radiology(2015)
摘要
Objective To investigate the value of18F-FDG PET / CT in diagnosing biliary tract obstruction with malignant tumors.Methods18F-FDG PET / CT appearance of 39 cases with proven pulmonary benign lesions were retrospectively reviewed. The images were analyzed through the semi-quantitative method.Judgment standard of malignant tumor was based on local area radioactive distribution strength together with SUVmax ≥2.5.Results Coincidence rate of qualitative diagnosis and locating diagnosis of18F-FDG PET / CT in biliary tract obstruction with malignant tumors was 97.4%(38 /39)and 92.3%(36 /39) respectively. The size(represented in diameter) of the malignant tumor causing biliary tract obstruction displayed in PET-CT was(3.08 ± 1.32) cm,and SUVmax of which was 5.12 ± 1.74.Pearson correlation coefficient of both was 0.511(P = 0.001).The size and SUVmax of intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(n = 14),extrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma(n = 10),pancreatic head carcinoma(n = 8) and gallbladder carcinoma(n = 6) displayed in PET / CTwas compared by oneway analysis of variance respectively. The result in comparison of size was F = 4.401,P = 0.01,and in comparison of SUVmax was F = 1.519,P = 0.227.Conclusion18F-FDG PET / CT has very high accuracy rate in locating and qualitative d diagnosing biliary tract obstruction with malignant tumors.SUVmax is positively related to the lesion size, and has no relation with the pathological type.
