Occurrence Characteristics of Spodoptera litura(Fabricius) on Root Lotus and Its Related Green Control Technology

The occurrence of Spodoptera litura(Fabricius) has become more and more serious on root lotus in recent years,which influences the sustainable development of lotus industry. But the insecticide resistance and water pollution made the application of chemical control limited against S. litura on root lotus, thus there was an urgent need to establish a new prevention and control technology system. Therefore, we analyzed damage characteristics, occurrence dynamics and occurrence reasons of S. litura on root lotus in this paper, and proposed the green control technology against the insect pest based on the related literatures.
