An Example of AI Based Economic Optimization in a Smart Energy System

Aiming at the problems of low efficiency and privacy security caused by traditional centralized resource allocation in power grid system, this paper proposes an optimal allocation model of distributed energy in smart energy system. The objective function is to minimize the total operating cost and the highest net profit of grid system, and the constraint conditions have both the balance of generation, storage, consumption and energy interaction with the large grid Internal distributed energy is optimized. Based on a practical intelligent energy system, according to its power load characteristics, the corresponding scheduling strategy is formulated. The genetic algorithm is introduced to find the optimal solution of the model. The optimized power supply composition and economic benefits are obtained. Finally, the optimal scheduling scheme for realizing energy ladder utilization and improving energy efficiency is given.
