The new compound [Cu(pz)]3[PW12O40] (pz: pyrazine) is solvothermally synthesized from a mixture of CuCl2, Na2WO4, H3PO4, pyrazine, and H2O (pH 0—0.5, autoclave, 160 °C, 7 d, 48% yield).
