Cisto Dermóide com Sinus Dérmico da Região Occipital: Relato de caso e revisão de literatura

An 18 months-old baby presented with a midline occipital dimple with thickening of scalp since birth. Skull X-rays showed an oval bony defect in the midoc¬cipital region . CT and MRI shown extension of the lesion to the posterior fossa subarachnoid space. The lesion was a congenital dermoidcyst, com¬pletely removed by surgery with good outcome1,2,3,6.
