Study on The Heat Dissipation Performance of Symmetrical Broken-line Microchannel Radiator

摘要
In this paper, the heat dissipation of symmetrical broken-line microchannel radiator is analyzed. Firstly, the symmetrical broken-line microchannel model is established based on the ordinary broken-line microchannel model, and two models are simulated and compared under the same conditions to compare their heat dissipation capacity. Then, the symmetrical broken-line microchannel model is orthogonally optimized based on factors of the outer corner radius, pipe spacing and pipe width-height ratio. The heat dissipation capacity is analyzed with the average temperature of heat source as the characterization. This study provides theoretical guidance for subsequent microchannel cooling technology.
