摘要

•Electrochemical biosensing of cancer biomarker heat shock protein 70 (HSP70).•A low-cost plastic chip electrode (PCE) was fabricated by solution casting method.•Optimal surface biofunctionalization was established using anti-HSP70 antibody.•A highly specific and sensitive HSP70 detection was observed with LOD of 3.5 pg/mL.
