摘要
Using the multimodal combination of optical coherence tomography (OCT) with Raman spectroscopy (RS) for obtaining morpho-molecular tissue characteristics of suspicious bladder cancer lesions for improved diagnostics and signal origin characterization. We present endoscopically acquired co-localized OCT-RS data on bladder cancer biopsies. The correlated OCT and RS data enables a new way of interpretation and understanding of signal origin for both imaging modalities. Histopathological findings serve as ground truth. Molecular signal contributions can be directly correlated to identified morphological features from the OCT and lead to a better understanding of underlying biological structures.
